Eucerin Lip Balm

I first heard about this when both Caroline Hirons and Nadine Baggot spoke about how amazing this lip balm is for dry lips and they certainly wasn’t wrong! I picked this up last week in Boots for £6, which you get 10ml of product, I’m sure you all know how much of a die hard fan I am for my tried and true Carmex but I new at some point I would have to venture out and try something new. The product is a intensive lip balm treatment and is recommended for really dry, cracked lips. Although my lips aren’t extremely dry or cracked, I find they can still get a little dry and I hate the feeling of not having something nourishing on my lips - this is perfect. The balm does also claim to help wiyh reducing redness around the lips and has a soothing effect. I think this would be perfect for anyone and especially anybody who suffers with really dry sensitive skin, this I feel would also be a god sent in the winter months. I have used this every day and evening for the last week and I really do love it, it’s so easy to apply as it has the classic slanted lip balm shape that makes the application so much more smoother. As much as I do love Carmex I don’t like how with my pot I have to keep dipping in and applying. One being it’s unhygienic and two that it can make my fingers greasy. I know Carmex do offer an alternative application in a tube but I just personally prefer a tub.  The product is so handy to carry with you, I either leave it in my bag or on my nightstand. I would agree that is it a good price as it really does keep my lips hydrated, smooth and silky soft. One thing I will say like with any lip product it does have to be re applied, I will apply it just before bed and in the morning I would have to re apply again which is completely normal for any lip product. Overall I do love this and think this could be my new favourite lip balm. I will certainly be getting a couple more as they are really handy to have and can literally be taken anywhere as it’s a cute miniature size, perfect for all skin types!
