Masks..

So I'm sure you all know I love a good face masK, I love anything that will keep me hydrated and deep cleanse my skin. I try to do a mask between 2-3 a week depending on what my skin is like during the week. Along with this I will also do an exfoliation, to keep my skin smooth, silky and fresh. 

Tonight I thought I would take it back old school and use my GlamGlow Supermud Masque, this is an advanced clearing treatment and really does get deep into the skin and throughly cleanse. The Supermud is designed for both men and women, which is always a bonus. 

So I use this mainly during my PM routine, I will double cleanse my skin as normal and then I will disperse an even layer of product all over my skin, leaving out my eyes and lips. I will mainly focus on my T-Zone, as I can tend to get a little more oily here and can sometimes have minor blackheads.

The mask is a clay formula and the great thing about this product is that you really can see it working, in the picture below you will notice how parts of the mask appear darker on my skin, this is where the product is pulling out any oil in the skin. Along with pulling out any oils it will also bring any debris to the surface, which can sometimes cause a slight breakout.

Suppermud contains Glycol and Lactic acid which will help with the appearance of spots, blemishes and blackheads. Just be mindful If you are a first time user, you may more than likely breakout for around a week or so, just depending on what your skin is like and how likely you break out, but this is completely normal. 

I usually wait around 20 minutes to wash off, the mask can leave the skin a little tight and dry as from the oil extraction, so I will follow with my normal PM routine ensuring I use a nourishing moisturiser to lock in maximum hydration.

Definitely one of my favourite mask's and beauty must haves!
